1. First thing? Understand that peer evaluation's supposed to be done individually
- if tts the case, then why are u aware of the percentage too? 2. I did the analysis, tweaked it around so we could get started. We divided the research to be done and I had my part.You told me that I don't have to get my part done and then you mark me down? - the stuffs u did, its not relevant at all. the email tt u claimed tt u sent to teacher, he didnt receive at all. the part tt we asked u to research on, after consulting with teacher, he said its redundent. out of focus. tts why we asked u not to do it. 3. Being understanding, learning to trust and not assume. 4. Time wise, everybody has their own schedule, their own lives. If you're just going to collude together and think that 8am is fine on a saturday because you've got things in the afternoon and then everybody else except me just happens to be able to make it, and then I end up getting outcast - yea i did put myself in your shoes. i understand tt u r tired blah blah blah. but why not u put yourself in our shoes too ? why not u reflect on ur attitute when we told u tt we are going to meet at 8am for project. '' don expect me to waker her(his fren) at 6am in the morning'' '' i don care about small project like clsp and fmgt. '' '' i don care about marks. '' why not u put urself in MY shoes? everybody asking mi why are u not here. asking mi why u didnt turn up for project. everybody asking me to talk to u. everybody asking mi to tell u this tell u that. comon. u r an adult. is there a need fer mi to talk to u over a project? besides, i don really care whether u contribute anot. but there is smth u have to know. i have to be fair to the rest of the mates as well. u think i like to mark you down? do u seriously think i feel good abt it ? do u know how much it took fer mi to mark u down? ask yourself. how much hv u really contribute. out of all the meetings, how many times did u turn up? yes, u have excuses fer it. but don u think u shld b responsible fer ur own work as well? we started the project at 8am. finished it off almost 2pm. wad time are we going to end if we were to do it in the afternoon? did we even say anything when u wan to change the meeting time fer the porject from 11am to 1pm jus bcos u wan to gym? did we ?? no we didnt. did we sae anything when u left the meeting earlier jus bcos u want to get ur jacket at town b4 heading to work ?? 5. So what if you've been working 3/4 years? You're only working 1/2 days a week. That's not much of a big deal - so what if i have been working fer 3 4 years?! HELLO. DID I EVEN BRING TT UP? DID I EVEN SAE ANYTHING ABT IT?! among the whole group, im the only 1 whu has worked fer so long. im pretty sure u r referring to me. 6. And you, I've really lost faith in you. The slightest thought of you colluding with them to be against me pisses me off. Really. I'm okay with you going off for lunch or stuff with another group of people when you're wanted over there, and then coming along with me when you feel like it. I'm not some toy, but that's alright. Everybody has their own way of doing things - mi colluding with them?? do u seriously think tt tcher will believe if i were to give u a 100%? does it make a different? do i have a choice? i have to be fair. i alr tried my best to help u. if u don see it, its fine. and whats with the im treating u like a toy? my frens are malay. whu is the 1 whu told mi he don really lyk to mix wif other ppl from other races ?! u join mi, u will only sit there and kept quiet all the way. and when my frens asked why r u so quiet and serious. shld i tell them '' oh bcos u are not a chinese and so he don like u '' so what am i suppose to do? ignore all other factors and gave u a good evaluation on the project? im caught in between the fact that i still bother to blog shows that i still care abt u. |
